Ingredients (4 people):
- 1/2 kg of Lacuba Dried Figs- 2 oranges
- 2 lemons
- 150g of whisky
- 200g of brwon sugar
- 1 cup of red tea
- Whipped cream
Preparation:
- Make the red tea in a pot with room for all the ingledients.- When the tea is warm, add the figs and leve them macerating for one hour.
- Squeeze the oranges and lemons and cut the peel in julienne strips.
- Start boiling the pot with the figs, tea, juices, peels, sugar and the glass of whisky.
- Cook for 30 minutes until the liquids evaporate and the figs and peels are caramelized.
Plate Up:
Put in the middle of a plate a ball of whipped cream, and around it 5 caramelized figs. Put some peel strips in top of the cream.
